Apexmonk specializes in creating Packaging designs, Ads, Store design, and Brand identity, with each project tailored to client requirements outlined in the proposal. Services not explicitly stated in the agreement may incur additional charges.
All designs and creative assets remain Apexmonk’s property until full payment is received. Ownership of finalized deliverables transfers to the client upon payment, unless stated otherwise. Apexmonk retains the right to use completed works in portfolios unless explicitly requested not to.
Project timelines depend on timely client feedback, approvals, and materials. Delays in client responses may affect delivery dates.
Clients can track the progress of their project in real-time through the project dashboard, where they can monitor milestones, provide feedback, and guide the direction of the work.
Revisions are not offered after final delivery due to past misuse of the revision process. However, during the active project phase, clients can directly guide the creative direction through our project tracking dashboard, and changes will be made accordingly in real time. If any genuine issues arise after completion, we may review and address them free of charge on a case-by-case basis where appropriate.
Clients are responsible for providing necessary materials, brand guidelines, assets, reviewing deliverables promptly, and communicating project requirements clearly.
A 25% deposit is required to initiate work on all projects. Once 50% of the work is completed, which you can track on the dashboard, another 25% deposit is required. At project completion, the remaining 50% payment is due. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the agreement.
Apexmonk is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Clients must proofread deliverables as Apexmonk is not responsible for errors after approval.
Designs for store UI and social media content are optimized for commonly used platforms such as Shopify, WordPress, and Instagram. Compatibility with third-party platforms depends on their specific requirements. Apexmonk will advise but cannot guarantee compatibility beyond the agreed-upon scope.
Either party may terminate the agreement with 1-day written notice. If terminated within the 1-day period, the client will receive a full refund. After the 1-day period, the work completed will be deducted from the initial 25% deposit, and the remaining amount will be refunded accordingly.
Apexmonk agrees to maintain confidentiality regarding client-provided materials. The client must also keep project-specific terms and agency methodologies confidential.
Apexmonk is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including technical failures, platform policy changes, or unforeseen issues.
Any disputes arising will be resolved amicably through mutual discussions.
